Salary Might Not Be the Biggest Factor in Employee Retention

At Pulso Europe Portugal, we assess changes in the well-being of individuals who have used our psychological support, personal development, or coaching services, using the EA-PI (Employee Assistance Progress Index) and WPI (Work Potential Index) assessment tools.

Following the support received, we observed:

👉An increase from 22.6% to 61.7% in the proportion of people rating their physical and mental health as "very good" or "excellent."

👉A reduction of approximately 73% in the proportion of people reporting physical or emotional distress.
